About Roundhouse
Our Team
Founded by practicing architects Craig James and Stuart Romm, alongside construction technology veteran Tim Douglas, with advisors Ennis Parker, and Stacy Scopano, Roundhouse was born from real-world frustration with construction administration tools that don't work for architects.
We built what we couldn't find. After decades in AEC practice and technology, we were tired of information overload and communication gaps that plague design and construction. So we created the Construction Administration platform we always wished existed.
For over a decade, we've battle-tested Roundhouse on thousands of projects with stakeholders from national retail corporations to higher education institutions. We're not just software developers—we're architects who understand that behind every project are real people with real needs.
Our Values
Great outcomes start with great people and principles. We act with ownership, stay humble and human, and lead with curiosity.
Act with Ownership: We take initiative and deliver. When we see a gap, we fill it. When we make a commitment, we own the outcome. We act decisively and stay accountable.
Be Humble & Human: We lead with empathy, listen first, and put the team before self. We celebrate collective wins, own our mistakes, and remember that ego doesn't build great things—people do.
Choose Curiosity: We ask why, explore how, and challenge the status quo. We stay open, optimistic, and hungry to learn. Innovation starts with fearless questions.
These values guide how we work and drive us to create solutions that make a real difference for the architects and teams we serve.
